TPCRacing Services and Facility

A sunny day on the TCRacing lot

TPCRacing is a Porsche racing mecca. Our home here in Jessup, MD features 5 work bays, an alignment rack, in house Dynojet facility, machine shop and a shock rebuild area with shock dyno. TPC also has its own renegade 3 car transport we use for transporting racecars to various events. TPCRacing has been a Porsche specialist since the late 1980's with a hugely successful background in the IMSA Supercar Series before moving on to success in the Roler Grand Am Sports Car Series.

We offer a full range of services for Porsche vehicles at our Jessup facility. Everything from oil changes to building professional racecars as well as on track support. Our staff of highly experienced mechanics work to repair/modifiy vehicles in our main work area of 4 service bays. There, vehicles experience everything from routine maintenance to full race prep including rollcage fabrication, engine swaps, and suspension upgrades. Our main work area is also where we perofrm installations of our various forced induction systems including our much raved about TPCRacing Cayman Turbo Kit and the monsterous TPCRacing 997Turbo 775Blitzkrieg upgrades. Our full alignment rack gives us the ability to setup a car for any driving conditions, whether for the street or for a dedicated racecar. TPCRacing also houses an engine building area where we do everything from basic rebuild to completely custom  assemblies

Our in house Dynojet facility gives us the ability to tune and measure the performance of the vehicles we service. We use our Dynojet to help us develop all of the power enhancing modifications we sell. Boxster Turbo on the TPCRacing DynoAnother of the Dynojet's primary uses is in measuring the power gains of a vehilce after it has been modified. One of the dyno's other uses is in diagnosing engine issues as well as tuning racecars to perform at their peak.

We prepare all of our forced induction kits in our machine shop. There, our machinist has access to a verticle mill, a lathe, bandsaw, welding equipment, valve mill as well as various other tools. We use our machine shop to construct all of our prototypes of parts when we are doing R&D on a new product. We can also fabricate custom parts for specialized applications.

TPCRacing is also fully equipped to develop suspension setups for any road/track conditions a driver might experience. Our in house shock dyno allows us to check for proper functioning as well as lets us create completely custom setups for those who like to participate in Professional/Club racing.
